The Season Pass Membership is available to active members of industry guilds (DGA,PGA,BAFTA, and others), AMPAS, and the SAG Nominating Committee. This is a seasonal membership, active during the Academy Awards season; it expires in mid-February each year and members must re-apply for the membership each year.

This is a free membership for qualified industry professionals. It entitles the member and one guest free admission to all Awards Season screenings at all MFS venues. The online membership application is available on the MFS website and applicants will be required to furnish a digital photo of their membership card during the online application process.

The Malibu Resident Membership is available to all current residents of Malibu. In cooperation with the Malibu City Council, the Malibu Film Society is able to offer this exclusive free membership to Malibu residents. It entitles members to free admission to all MFS screenings held at the Malibu Civic Center Auditorium. Normal non-member ticket pricing applies at all other MFS screening venues.

PLEASE NOTE that current MFS Annual and Season Pass members should not apply for this membership, since those memberships already provide for free admission to all MFS screenings, both in Malibu and other venues.

The Preview Membership is free; members simply pay the normal public admission price for each screening attended. If you're on a budget or you just don't go to that many films each year, this is the best membership option for you.

As a Preview member, you will still enjoy the complimentary beverages and snacks served at each screening and also receive notifications about upcoming screenings and Q&As that you won't want to miss.
